Good morning and happy Tuesday!

Have you noticed a slight change in weather?  Sure, it is still crazy hot, but the nights are cooling down.  It is getting dark earlier and we are now waking up in the dark.  You know what that means…..Fall is almost here!  Ah, this is my favorite time of year.  I’ve already made my first batch of pumpkin muffins for the kids and I think I’ll have a pumpkin pie in the oven before we even reach October.

Due to my excitement about my favorite season, it should come as no surprise that I’m already gearing up for Fall & Halloween mini sessions!  This past weekend I took some fun sample shots to showcase my new backdrop.   Claire was kind enough to don her favorite kitty gear as a semi costume and my wonderful friend Lisa shared her daughter, Katie, with me for a bit so I could get some of her dressed as Snow White.  I also  started looking back through some of the photos I took along the trail last year and the year before and want to share those, too, because they really show how gorgeous the trail is this time of year.

Like last year,  I am offering two different sessions.  The Halloween Minis will include the white fence backdrop with the pumpkins and the black backdrop.  My Fall Minis are along the trail.  I’ll have my swing available and I might even dress it up with some fall leaf garlands to make it festive.  Costumes and/or fall attire are welcome at either setup.  I hope to see you there!
